Okay, so in addition to this week's menu plan, I have a question...I have this recipe at home for a creamy ham and cheese cannelloni. It's good, very creamy and cheesy, but it's lacking something. It really needs some seasoning to kick it up a notch. What do you think would work best in a creamy dish with lots of cheese (Parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta)? Please leave me a comment with your suggestions! I really want to experiment with this but I don't really know how to start.

the ham and cheese sounds wonderful...maybe a smokey cheese would be a nice combo!
