Menu Plan Monday - 3/22 (one day late) - plus a question

Okay, so in addition to this week's menu plan, I have a question...I have this recipe at home for a creamy ham and cheese cannelloni. It's good, very creamy and cheesy, but it's lacking something. It really needs some seasoning to kick it up a notch. What do you think would work best in a creamy dish with lots of cheese (Parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta)? Please leave me a comment with your suggestions! I really want to experiment with this but I don't really know how to start.

Monday Lunch: chicken sandwiches, salad
Monday Dinner: slow cooker beef stroganoff, peas

Tuesday Lunch: lasagna, green beans, salad
Tuesday Dinner: Swiss chicken, lima beans

Wednesday Lunch: slow cooker beef stroganoff, peas
Wednesday Dinner: loaded baked potato soup

Thursday Lunch: lasagna, green beans, salad
Thursday Dinner: Swiss chicken, lima beans

Friday Lunch: loaded baked potato soup
Friday Dinner: chicken and black bean enchiladas, rice, corn

Saturday Lunch: chicken sandwiches, salad
Saturday Dinner: loaded baked potato soup

Sunday Lunch: chicken and black bean enchiladas, rice, corn
Sunday Dinner: loaded baked potato soup

the ham and cheese sounds wonderful...maybe a smokey cheese would be a nice combo!
