- vegetable oil or olive oil for frying
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 package of frozen (thawed) cheese raviolli
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- marinara sauce or our favorite, ranch dressing, for dipping
While oil is heating, wishk together eggs and milk in a shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in a seperate bowl. Working in batches, dip raviolli into first the egg mix, then the bread crumbs. Place in hot oil.
Fry raviolli in batches, turning occassionally, until golden brown - 3 to 4 minutes.
Place on a layer of paper towels to cool.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
