Tasty Tuesday - Easy Stuffed Chicken Breast

I love this recipe, and it's so simple to make!  Just three ingredients make a surprisingly good and filling meal.  Just throw together a salad or some veggies with it and dinner is done.

  • 4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. flavored cream cheese spread (I like the garden vegetable flavor)
  • 8 slices of bacon
  1. Place the chicken in a zipper bag and pound it until thin.
  2. Spread each chicken breast with cream cheese and roll up.
  3. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is done.

This DOES sound wonderful and easy. I tried your chicken in a pot last week and have made it twice...love it! Can't wait to try this too!
